To guarantee zero-latency global replication, tenants are subject to strict API rate limiting depending on their negotiated Tier. Malicious polling or abusive scraping of our headless checkout nodes will result in immediate network blacklisting.
We strive for 99.99% uptime across all hybrid nodes. However, BtwoBHQ is provided "as-is" during the Pre-Seed pilot phase. We are not legally liable for indirect revenue loss, delayed logistics routes, or interrupted catalog syndication caused by downstream ERP failures.
The proprietary headless architecture, React Native operator interfaces, and multi-tenant scaling algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of BtwoBHQ. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the software.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate enterprise node instances if a tenant violates the API Fair Load policy or fails to maintain active standing. Notice will be provided 30 days in advance except in cases of security breaches.
